These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on framedbyjoanna.com (the “Website”) for online courses, digital products and related services (together, the “Products”).

2. DEFINITIONS

Digital content: data supplied in digital form (e.g., videos, PDFs).

Digital service: a digital service enabling access/interaction (e.g., online course platform).

Order: your purchase of Products on the Website.
3. SCOPE OF THE PRODUCTS
Our Products may include (depending on the specific offer):

Access to an online course platform (streaming lessons)

Downloadable materials (PDFs, worksheets, presets, etc. if applicable)

Bonuses (templates, mini-lessons, updates)

Support (email support or community access, if included)

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
A binding contract is formed when:

you place an order via the Website checkout, and

we confirm your purchase and/or grant access.
We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, payment fails, or the Product is unavailable.
5. PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown on the Website. VAT may apply depending on your location and the Product type.
Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods shown. If payment is not completed, access will not be provided.
6. DELIVERY / ACCESS
Digital Products are usually delivered by:

download link(s) and/or email delivery.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after payment, contact hello@framedbyjoanna.com.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:

having compatible devices, software and stable internet connection

maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
One purchase = one user. Sharing accounts, login credentials, files or course videos is prohibited.
8. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Products are protected by copyright and other IP rights.
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own learning/business.
You may not:

share, resell, sublicense, distribute, upload, or publicly post any course videos or materials

record, screen-capture, or reproduce the Product for others

remove watermarks or copyright notices
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
9.1 Digital content / digital services
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and for digital services, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins, if:

you explicitly request immediate access/performance, and
-
you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
How we handle this: At checkout, you may be asked to tick a checkbox confirming immediate access and this acknowledgement. This aligns with common EU practice for digital content/services.
9.2 How to withdraw
To exercise withdrawal (when applicable), email hello@framedbyjoanna.com within 14 days and include:

the Product name

a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract
9.3 Refund timing (when applicable)
If a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe.
10. CHANGES, UPDATES AND COURSE AVAILABILITY
We may update course materials to improve quality or keep content current.
Unless stated otherwise, purchase grants access for the period shown on the sales page. We may change platforms/hosting if needed, while aiming to keep access available.
11. SUPPORT
Support scope (email/community/Q&A) is only included if stated on the sales page.
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe on business days.
12. DISCLAIMER
Our Products are educational and intended for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee specific results, income, client work, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, experience, market, and other factors.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profit, lost opportunities).

Our total liability related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, contact hello@framedbyjoanna.com and we will try to resolve it.
If you are a Consumer, you may have the right to contact your national consumer authority and/or use applicable consumer dispute procedures. TTJA provides guidance on consumer rights and e-commerce requirements in Estonia.
Note: The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not provide an ODR link.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (if applicable) remain unaffected.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that Order.
18. DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
framedbyjoanna.com sends newsletters and offers to the booker’s email address only if the booker has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating that they want to receive direct marketing messages.
The booker can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions included in the marketing email.
FBJ Media OÜ is the data controller of personal data. FBJ Media OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
